From Masonic Families of the Allegheny Valley
Last week, on the news, I heard someone say that the human body is just a collection of atoms and molecules with a chemical value of about $9 - and nothing more...... I was stunned. Our bodies may be all of that but so much more.... We are created by a power that I can not begin to comprehend. That is why we have conscious thought and no other animal does. I believe that each of us were placed where we are for a special purpose that we don't understand. I am here to help someone - somehow. It is my job not to screw it up, what ever "it" is. So who ever it is that I am supposed to help, be patient with me. I'm a little slow sometimes, but I'll get there. I may need you to tell me what you need. Each of us is here to help someone. Find your someone.

I attempted to clean up the IDEA list a bit. Broke it into two categories. Community/Member services and Entertainment. Some cross over from one to the other but I did my best for now. Following is a collection of IDEA’s to improve our fraternity outside of the Lodge room. There are two thoughts here. First, how can we improve our brotherhood through wholesome events including family and friends and second, what can we do to help our community. Should you have any additional ideas, please send them to me. Soon we will begin to trim down the list and attempt to come up with a plan.
